In response to the outstanding Office Action issued by the Examining Attorney dated June 20, 2017, the Applicant respectfully requests reconsideration of the Section 2(d) Refusal and further to our telephone conference, amends the identification of services as follows. “Business consulting services in the agricultural field, namely, providing design and equipment solutions services for others in the poultry and egg production industries, not including accounting services” Accordingly, Applicant respectfully requests that the Examining Attorney withdraw the Section 2(d) Refusal of Applicant’s mark and allow Applicant’s LET’S GROW TOGETHER mark to proceed to registration. |
