Accordingly, Applicant respectfully requests to omit the Section 1(b) basis and wishes to proceed with the Section 44(e) of the Trademark Act of July 5, 1946 as amended (15 U.S.C., §1126(e)), as the sole basis for registration. Applicant respectfully requests to rely on the foreign registration as the only basis for the U.S. application.
