ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

We made a mistake by entering G&S about software. We are not trying to apply a trademark to software. We make digital video recorders and network video recorders under the name of VMAX. They are hardware appliances. The G&S would more accurately read as follows: G & S: Camera hardware systems for IP (Internet protocol) video surveillance; Closed circuit TV systems for security and surveillance, namely, cameras, switchers, monitors, microphones, and recorders; Computer hardware for IP video surveillance; Electronic video surveillance products, namely, electronic components of security systems.
