Dear Ms. Vallillo,

 

This application is for a unique logo mark that includes design elements in addition to the letters EQ.  I do not agree that the entire mark is descriptive.  The prior application for the word mark EQ was moved to the Supplemental Register but this application includes other elements in addition to the letters. 

 

If this is still your opinion, please issue a descriptiveness refusal and we can then respond. 

 

The applicant would consider disclaiming the letters EQ apart from the design.
