I am conducting the examination of the above-referenced trademark applications.  The following issues must be addressed:

 

1.      Clarification of Entity Information: Applicant’s name is listed as Long Clawson Dairy Limited and the entity type is listed as a CORPORATION. Pursuant to Appendix D of the TMEP, a LTD of the UK is considered a LIMITED COMPANY. Please let me know if I can amend the entity type to LIMITED COMPANY.

 

2.      Disclaimer of: PEPPER (App. SN. 87102487 only) because the cheese contains peppers, as shown in the specimen.

 

 If agreeable, I can enter in the changes for you. Please note, the applications will be suspended once these issues are resolved, pending receipt of the foreign registrations for the 44(e) filing basis.
