EXAMINER’S AMENDMENT SUGGESTED
The applicant or applicant’s counsel is encouraged to send an email to the trademark examining attorney at kyle.peete@uspto.gov authorizing the necessary amendments in order to resolve the issues below via an Examiner’s Amendment.
Search Results
The trademark examining attorney has searched the Office’s database of registered and pending marks and has found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d). TMEP §704.02; see 15 U.S.C. §1052(d).
Recitation of Services
A portion of the recitation of services is unacceptable and must be clarified because it is too broad. See 37 C.F.R. §2.32(a)(6); TMEP §1402.01. An explanation of the unacceptable wording and required amendments is provided by the suggested changes below in italics. The applicant is encouraged to view the online searchable Manual of Acceptable Identifications of Goods and Services at http://tess2.gov.uspto.report/netahtml/tidm.html for further assistance with proper clarification of the goods and/or services. See TMEP §1402.04
Applicant may adopt the following identification, if accurate, changes in bold italics:
