Pursuant to TMEP §707.03, applicant is advised of the following status of the application.  Prior to issuance of this examiner’s amendment, the following issues were outstanding with this application:

In light of applicant’s response to the Office action and the amendments detailed below, the examining attorney has determined the following:

·         Identification of Goods Requirement is SATISFIED.

 

APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by Lindsey Leibowitz, Attorney of Record, on 5/22/2019, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below.  Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707.  Any amendments to the identification of goods may clarify or limit the goods, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.

 

IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS AMENDED

 

The identification of goods is amended to read as follows: 

 

Class 07 – “Industrial robots other than for manufacturing semiconductors; Robotic arms for industrial purposes other than for manufacturing semiconductors; Springs being parts of machines; Ball-bearings for machines, namely, for use with robots, shaft couplings as parts of machines, shaft bearings being parts of machines, Bearing inserts for machines; Plastic processing machines and apparatus; Machines and apparatus for manufacturing rubber goods; Industrial robots for use in assisting with the handling and supporting of workpieces other than for manufacturing semiconductors; Industrial Service Robots other than for manufacturing semiconductors; Industrial robots for collaborative purposes other than for manufacturing semiconductors; Industrial robots for disaster response other than for manufacturing semiconductors.”

 

Class 09 – “Piezoelectric switches; Conductive tape for electromagnetic radiation shielding for sensors and industrial robots; Robots for guarding purpose, namely, theft prevention purposes, security surveillance purposes and security guarding for facilities, and not for industrial, medical purposes or for use as a toy; Robots for personal entertainment use and not for industrial, medical purpose or for use as a toy; Robots for hobby use and not for industrial, medical purposes or for use as a toy.”
