In response to the Examining Attorney's Office Action, Applicant restates the description of its mark to delete the words "supply" and "provide". Applicant also restates the description of its mark to add the words "and puck". Applicant further clarifies that at this time, it claims only an intent-to-use filing basis and a claim of priority under Section 44(d) based on foreign applications, not Section 44(e). Applicant requests that the application be suspended until issuance of the foreign applications.

In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

In response to the Examining Attorney's Office Action, Applicant restates the description of its mark to delete the words "supply" and "provide".
