I am the examining attorney reviewing this application.  I am emailing to obtain your authorization to enter an examiner’s amendment reflecting the following change:

 

-          Amendment of the wording “step stools” in Class 20 to “non-metal step stools.”  “Metal step stools” are in Class 6, which is not in the application and not currently covered by a specimen.

 

You may simply reply to this email with your authorization for me to amend the ID to “non-metal step stools.”  If you wish to add Class 6, please kindly reply and acknowledge your receipt of this email so that I may proceed accordingly with an Office action.
