Class 16:  Memory and organizational boxes in the nature of paperboard boxes; scrapbooks and portfolios made of paper and cardboard for curating, displaying and preserving mementos, keepsakes and treasures with regard to childhood, weddings and other life events.

Class 35:  Online retail store service featuring all of the following, namely, memory and organizational boxes, scrapbooks and portfolios made of paper, cardboard, and greyboard; organizational products.

Class 41:  Providing a website featuring blog posts and non-downloadable articles regarding family lifestyle, celebrations and memory preservation; providing a website featuring information regarding party planning.

A statement of use filed on February 23, 2018 meets the minimum filing requirements and has been placed in the child application.  The statement of use will be routed to the examining attorney for examination and, if it does not meet all the statutory requirements, the examining attorney will notify the applicant.
