The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 5072958 GOOD EARTH(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/86954586/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING
In accordance with the Trademark Manual of Examining Procedures Section 1609.10(b) this request is being submitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to amend the name of Registrant for Reg. No. 5,072,958 from The Good Earth Corporation to Good Earth Corporation (without the word The). When the application was filed for this mark, the applicant was inadvertently listed as The Good Earth Corporation. The name of the Registrant has always been Good Earth Corporation and the mark should have been filed, registered and maintained in the name of Good Earth Corporation. Since this error occurred in good faith, such correction would not require republication of the mark, and because this is not a request for a substitution of another entity, Registrant respectfully requests that the registration and the records of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office be updated to reflect Good Earth Corporation as the owner of Reg. No. 5,072,958. A Declaration in support of this correction request is attached.
