APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by Peter J. Identification of Goods and Services

 

The identification of goods and services has been amended as follows:

 

“Plush toys; stuffed toys; dolls and action figures; board games; electronic action toys; balls for games; card games; dolls' clothes, dolls' houses, radio-controlled toy vehicles; toy cars; toy trains; toy boats; toys incorporating money boxes, namely, toy banks, stuffed animals containing money boxes; toy balloons; toy banks; toy masks; molded toy figures; novelty toys, namely, plush clip-ons, magnets and keychains; water and pool toys, namely, water guns, swim floats, toy rafts, toy swim masks and goggles, body boards, beach balls, sand toys including toy pails and toy shovels; novelty toy figures in the nature of people, animals and objects; toy jewelry, namely, toy bracelets, toy necklaces, toy rings, toy keychains, children's dress up accessories in the nature of toy earrings; Toy coin banks, in Class 028.”
