I am the examining attorney in the above-referenced trademark application. There is just one issue that requires resolution, namely, certain wording in the identification of services must be clarified.
Specifically, the wording “entertainment services in the nature of non-downloadable videos and images featuring motion pictures, cable and satellite television programs, webisodes, digital television content and audio visual entertainment transmitted via the Internet and wireless communication networks” must be clarified to indicate the subject matter or field.
The following amended wording is suggested and may be adopted, if accurate:
entertainment services in the nature of non-downloadable videos and images featuring motion pictures, cable and satellite television programs, webisodes, digital television content and audio visual entertainment featuring action, adventure, drama and comedy transmitted via the Internet and wireless communication networks
The entire amended identification of services would then read:
Entertainment services, namely, provision of on-going multimedia programs in the field of action, adventure, drama and comedy distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing on-line entertainment information in the field of action, adventure, drama and comedy; entertainment services in the nature of non-downloadable videos and images featuring motion pictures, cable and satellite television programs, webisodes, digital television content and audio visual entertainment featuring action, adventure, drama and comedy transmitted via the Internet and wireless communication networks; production and distribution of motion pictures, cable and satellite television programs, webisodes, digital television content and audio visual entertainment featuring action, adventure, drama and comedy
