Subject: Response to Office Action for VIU- App No 86898229

Elizabeth,

I tried calling you, but your phone was not ringing or going to voicemail.  It was silent after dialing.

I have a question regarding the response to Office Action I just filed for VIU, App # 86898229.  In the Office Action, I deleted the 1B and 44d filing basis and replaced it with 44e, as the foreign application this was based on has now registered.  I provided the registration details and provided a copy of the registration certificate for the foreign registration.

However, I want to make sure I did not inadvertently delete the claim of PRIORITY.  The client wishes to maintain the claim of priority based on the foreign application filing date.  Can you please confirm that we did not lose the priority date?  If we did, can you please let me know how I can correct this?

Please feel free to call me to discuss- 312 701 7156

Thank you!

Andrea
