Our company name was changed officially with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts after the original filing date - from New Leaf Speakers LLC to New Leaf Speaker Management LLC. No change in business purpose, clients or any other activities relative to the company. It was simply a clarification of our business purpose.


A fee payment in the amount of $500 will be submitted with the form, representing payment for 4 classes.
