We spoke a few days ago on the phone to follow up on our prior conversation regarding disclaimer statements for a handful of the YUNNAN BAIYAO marks. You said you would speak with your client about adding the disclaimer statements through Examiner’s Amendments. Please let me know if you would like me to send the Examiner’s Amendments that we previously discussed. Otherwise, I will need to send Office actions with the Disclaimer Requirements which will require responses.
