Based on applicant’s response, the trademark examining attorney notes that the following requirements have been satisfied: Amended Mark Description.  See TMEP §§713.02, 714.04.  The following refusals have also been obviated:  Failure to Function, Mark Differs on Drawing and Specimen.  See TMEP §§713.02, 714.04. 

 

APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by Dorothy B. Richardson on October 27, 2016, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below.  Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707. 

 

DISCLAIMER

 

Applicant confirmed that the goods and services do not originate in Rioverde and that the group members are not from Rioverde.  Applicant has authorized the withdrawal of applicant’s disclaimer of “RIOVERDE”.  The disclaimer is hereby deleted from the application.  See 15 U.S.C. §1056(a); TMEP §1213.01(c).
