| In the May 10, 2016 Office Action, the Examining Attorney rejected Applicant's translation of OROS to "Mountain" on the grounds that Applicant had
not identified the source language and that Google Translate resulted in a different translation. In response, Applicant notes that the source language of the translation of OROS to "Mountain" is
Ancient Greek. Google Translate does not include a translation option for Ancient Greek, which is why the Attorney was unable to find the translation to "Mountain" using that tool. In support,
Applicant hereby submits two separate Ancient Greek translation websites showing OROS translates to "Mountain" from Ancient Greek. See Exhibits A-B attached hereto. Therefore, Applicant respectfully
requests the Attorney allow the translation of "Mountain" and allow the application to proceed forward. |

In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:
