We refer to an Office Action issued on May 17, 2016 regarding U.S. Application Serial No. 86/671,204, for the mark “UO United Object” stylized in class 7. In the Office Action you requested a further specification of goods, and a full translation of the foreign registration certificate.
Please find attached the full translation of the corresponding foreign registration as requested.
Regarding the amendment of goods, our client decided to delete the goods “Robot controllers” from the recitation of goods in class 7.
We would appreciate if you could issue an Examiner’s Amendment with the above changes.
