The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 5263244 GGG(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/86656329/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING
This is a request for correction of a Trademark Office error.  On July 16, 2017 registrant submitted a voluntary post-publication amendment to narrow the scope of the identified goods and services. The identifications were sought to be amended by the addition of restricting text.  On August 3, 2017 the Trademark Office refused the post-publication amendment, stating the amendment was not processed in time to withdraw the application from the scheduled issuance of a registration.  Registrant respectfully notes the post-publication amendment was submitted more than the 20 days before scheduled registration issuance referenced in TMEP Sec. 1505

Registrant now requests the Trademark Office correct the registration record to reflect the previously requested amendment, and then issue the registrant a new certificate reflecting the correction.
