REMARKS
This is a Response to the Office Action e-mailed September 16, 2015.
The identifications of services for Classes 35, 37 and 42 have been amended pursuant to the Examining Attorney’s requests, and in accordance with the guidelines
and requirements of TMEP §1402.01 (October 2015). There is no change to the identification of the Class 45 services as it was previously accepted by the Examining
Attorney. Applicant believes all the identifications of services are now acceptable.
As required by Trademark Rule 2.34(a)(2), Applicant submits as Exhibit 1 Applicant’s Declaration in support of its
application.
Applicant respectfully requests the application, as amended, be approved for publication in all four classes.
