            According to Section 806.03(a) of the Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure (TMEP), it is respectfully requested that the jurisdiction of the present application be returned to examination since the Applicant wishes to amend the Recitation of Services in Class 35 in the present application. 

            Applicant voluntarily files the present Post Publication Amendment in order to restrict the use of the services in International Class 35 as set forth below.

Remarks

Applicant thanks the Trademark Attorney for the very thorough consideration given the present application.

CONCLUSION
            Since the Applicant merely added a restriction phrase in International Class 35, it is respectfully requested that it would not be necessary to republish the present application.
