This Office action is in response to Office review. It has been removed from publication. Applicant is encouraged to telephone or e-mail the assigned trademark examining attorney to resolve the issues raised in this Office action by examiner’s amendment. Although the USPTO will not accept a formal response by e-mail, an applicant may communicate informally by phone or e-mail with the trademark examining attorney to agree to a proposed amendment to the application that will immediately place the application in condition for publication for opposition, issuance of a registration, or suspension. IDENTIFICATION OF SERVICES
Applicant must specify the format of the on-line retail services, e.g., on-line retail store services. Without such indication, the ID as written includes a wide variety of services related to retailing (such as accounting, product supply, advertising, etc.) which are conducted online. See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.03.
Applicant may adopt the following:
Online retail store services in the fields of clothing, clothing accessories, sunglasses, souvenir items, home products, linens, luggage and bags; Retail store services in the fields of clothing, clothing accessories, jewelry, toys, luggage, home, personal care and cosmetic products in International Class 025.
