EVIDENCE SECTION
DESCRIPTION OF EVIDENCE FILE LG denotes a status or standard of qualification for an individual who maintains a level of survival skills that when employed mitigates the liability generally associated with the death of another individual. While such qualifications may be applied within a security, risk management, military, insurance arena, it is not a requirement to do so nor provide services or goods associated with these arenas and may be just as applicable in medical, instructional and every day life roles. In reviewing the USPTO response to my application and referencing the close association to LIONZ GATE (security company) there is a distinct difference between what they offer as services i.e. security guards, what other companies offer i.e. bodyguards and the profile of LG. The skills associated with LG may indeed but are not limited to medical surgery, airborne ops, auto repair, airplane ops, scuba ops, lifeguard water ops, marksmanship, plumbing, fitness, communications, semi=truck ops, diplomacy, language skills, etc. Anything required to mitigate liability in a developing scenario when the life of an individual is at risk. These skills or qualifications do not necessitate a format of business or payment for services and goods as part of the equation. With your permission I can easily remove goods and services if this will help with approval of the trademark. Thank you for this consideration.
