The following good(s) or service(s) remain(s) under the Section 1(b), intent to use basis: Battery pack accessories, namely, battery chargers and cables; head-up displays for use in public safety equipment, fire-fighting equipment, and rescue equipment, namely, fixed and mounted transparent electronic displays for headgear, visors, and lenses (Class 009); Panel lights, high bay lights, and street lights, each sold together with lighting accessories; Hand-held vision systems, namely, tactical flashlights with thermal vision capability; flashlight components specially adapted for use with tactical flashlights with thermal vision capability, namely, chargers, holsters, battery packs and hand-held vision systems with thermal imaging sensors and displays (Class 011)



A fee payment in the amount of $300 will be submitted with the form, representing payment for the allegation of use for 3 classes.

A fee payment in the amount of $100 will be submitted with the form, representing payment for the request to divide fee.
