ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

By this response, Applicant is removing Class 35 from the application and believes this resolves all outstanding grounds for refusal. Prior to submitting this response, Applicant has revoked the previous attorney of record, Ralph Gaboury, and appointed Sejal Rajan and Frank Chau of F. Chau & Associates, LLC as the attorneys of record. A filing receipt of the confirmation is attached. The USPTO records have not yet updated to indicate this change of attorney of record. As the deadline for filing a response to the Office Action is today, this submission is signed by Sejal Rajan and includes her bar number and information. We respectfully request that this response be accepted as filed. Applicant's current counsel of record, is available to discuss this further.
