Trademark Application Details
The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration of a stylized front body panel of a motor home that is an integrated component of the motor home. The top part of the front body panel comprises the front edge of a roof panel that has a stylized angular ridge portion that angles up towards the top of the roof from the center of the windshield and is intended to form stylized "eyebrows" on the front panel of the roof of the recreational vehicle. The bottom portion of the front body panel comprises a lower front grill hood panel having five stacked rectangular grill openings the top one of which appears in the shape of a rectangle and spans across the front of the panel, below which appears a similar rectangle that spans across the front of the panel and has a diagonal portion cutout for the bottom left and right edges. Below the rectangle with diagonal cutouts appears three stacked trapezoids, the bottom one of which is thicker than the two above. Surrounding the headlight openings are quadrilaterals panels that form "cheeks" of the front panel of the recreational vehicle. The shaded air vent openings shown on the front grill panel represent functional matter and are not claimed as a feature of the mark, but the combined shape of all of these opening as a design component of the front grill panel is claimed as a feature of the mark. The top and bottom portions of the front body panel are joined together by two vertical beams running alongside the windshield of the vehicle. The matter depicted in broken lines is not claimed as a feature of the mark and serves only to show the position or placement of the mark.
