The identification of services is amended to read as follows:

 

International Class 36 – Corporate advisory services, namely, providing financial advice, real estate leasing and management advice, and real estate appraisal advice, all in the field of commercial real estate properties; Commercial real estate services, namely, real estate management and leasing; real estate agency; real estate brokerage; real estate appraisal; real estate research services involving research and analysis of market and property facts, specific property types, development or redevelopment location opportunities, and market trends, and preparation of market reports, financial reports, highest and best use studies and case studies

 

International Class 37 – Real estate development services for commercial real estate properties; Corporate advisory services, namely providing real estate development advice in the field of commercial real estate properties
