EXPLANATION OF FILING
Registrant asserts a mistake in this registration occurred in good faith through the fault of registrant, who is the owner of the mark. Specifically, when registrant applied for registration of its mark, registrant inadvertently identified itself as a Michigan limited liability company when it should have identified itself as a Delaware limited liability company. This means the application was filed in the name of the correct party, but there was a mistake in the manner in which the entity type was set out in the application. Registrant requests the mistake be corrected.
