I am the trademark examining attorney who has been assigned to your client’s trademark application serial number 86473315 for the mark “MARLIN”.
I would like to proceed with publishing your client’s mark, however, I need applicant to amend the identification of goods to specify the type of “vehicle.” Applicant may amend the identification as follows, if accurate:
Class 12: “Recreational Vehicles, namely, motorized and towable
vehiclestrailers that combine transportation with temporary living quarters for travel, recreation, and camping.”
I am hopeful that we may resolve this minor issue via Examiner’s Amendment.
