DATABASE SEARCH: The trademark examining attorney has searched the USPTO’s database of registered and pending marks and has found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d). TMEP §704.02; see 15 U.S.C. §1052(d).
APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Christopher Womack on May 10, 2017, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707. IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS
The identification of goods is amended to read as follows: “Transmission and delivery of entertainment content in the nature of video, audio, movies, television and music via telecommunications networks, wireless communication networks, the Internet, and data networks along with the electronic distribution and dissemination of advertising in connection with that entertainment content, with such transmission, delivery, distribution and dissemination occurring through software, hardware, equipment, devices and online means; renting and leasing of set-top boxes, electronic devices and digital devices for delivering, receiving and displaying television shows, movies, music, video, audio and other entertainment content, and leasing and renting of accessories therefor.” See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).
