APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Lori Kozak on May 22, 2015, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Any amendments to the identification of goods may clarify or limit the goods, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods. 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.
The identification of goods and services is amended to read as follows:
“Remote controls, control panels and smart device software applications sold as a unit for controlling audio sets, television sets, television set top boxes, video recorders, DVD players and air conditioners; electronic computer tablets for controlling audio sets, television sets, television set top boxes, video recorders, DVD players and air conditioners” in International Class 009
