I received your response to my Office action.  All the requirements have been satisfied except the identification of goods for International Class 020.  The amended wording “clamshells of plastic” is still indefinite.  Specifically, I really need to clarify that the clamshells are packaging containers.  With this in mind, I would like to amend the identification by EA rather than issuing a final action.  I would appreciate your approval to amended the identification for International Class 020 as follows:

 

Packaging containers for personal care preparations and candles of plastic; packaging containers, namely, clamshells of plastic; packaging containers of plastic

 

If acceptable, I will enter the amendment into the record by EA and approve the application for publication.  If I do not hear from you, I will need to issue the written final action.  As such, I greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.  Thank you.
