In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

The Examining Attorney requested further clarification of the goods.  Applicants have adopted the Examining Attorney’s suggested language and amended the description in the appropriate section of the response form. 

 

Since no other issues have been raised, Applicants request that application be approved for publication.

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES
Applicant proposes to amend the following class of goods/services in the application:
