In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Requirement for a Definite Identification of Goods

 

The Examining Attorney required clarification of the description of goods.  Applicant has submitted an amendment to the goods in the appropriate section of the response form.  Applicant believes the amendment overcomes the Examining Attorneys requirement for clarification and requests the subject application be approved for publication.

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES
Applicant proposes to amend the following class of goods/services in the application:
