Subject: Re Two Trademark Applications: EXCEL 86325550 and EXCEED 86325589
Dear Frederick
I am the trademark examining attorney to whom these two applications have been assigned. The applicant must amend the identification of goods in these applications.
The current description reads as follows in both applications:
Class 9: ENVIRONMENTAL TEST EQUIPMENT FOR TESTING ITEMS IN SIMULATED ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS; ENVIROMENTAL TEST CHAMBER; TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY SIMULATION EQUIPMENT
Please clarify the nature of the test equipment, and amend to the following, if accurate. I highlighted the suggested changes, and indicated items you must clarify in italics:
Class 9: environmental test equipment for testing items in simulated environmental conditions in the nature of environmental test chambers, namely, temperature and humidity simulation equipment
If that change is acceptable for both applications, kindly let me know by reply email or a phone call and I would be happy to enter the changes by examiner’s amendment. Thank you for your assistance.
