ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

The Scorpion Trademark was owned by a company that we do business with. They were abandoning the trademark and stated that, if we like, we could obtain it by simply re-registering the trademark Scorpion for the same products, namely , police batons, personal defense sprays and stun guns. I was not aware that I was notified in August or I would have responded immediately. I just recently became aware that it was pending an office action.
