APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by Caroline Camp on December 17, 2014, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below.  Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707.  Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.

IDENTIFICATION OF SERVICES

The identification of services is amended to read as follows:  “Credit and debit card services; financial services, namely, providing debit card and prepaid card services; prepaid banking and online cash account services; offering cash rewards for use of banking services as part of a customer loyalty program; providing cash and other rebates for debit card and prepaid card use and referrals as part of a customer loyalty program; prepaid card and payment card services; electronic funds and currency transfer services; electronic account services, namely, providing on-line stored value accounts in an electronic environment; online banking services; online banking services accessible by means of downloadable mobile applications; financial administration of a cash-back incentive program that enables participants to allocate their cashback rewards as micro donations or charitable donations; charitable fundraising services, by means of providing individuals with the information and opportunity to make monetary donations to their favorite charity through a cash back rewards program; providing cash rewards for customer referrals as part of a customer loyalty program.”  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).

There are no changes to the identification of goods in International Class 9.
