Dear Mr. Sufrin,
I hope you are well.
Yes, your suggestion sounds great. I will be happy to issue an examiner’s amendment to quickly resolve the matter. No need to respond further.
Sincerely,

Subject: US Trademark Application Serial No. 86/270276; Our Docket CBX 016 USA3
Dear Examiner Lott,
This application is directed to International Class 9 goods that overlap with the Class 9 goods in related Serial No. 86/354753. You recently amended the Class 9 goods in the' 753 application and withdrew the remaining rejections.
Since the remaining issues in this application (Serial No. 86/27027) parallel the issues in the related application, I am writing to see if it makes sense to amend the goods in this application by Examiner's Amendment to resolve the remaining rejections in this application as well.
Based on the resolution of the earlier application, I suggest the following revised description:
" electronic sensors for sensing and reporting ultraviolet (UV) light, sunlight, air and water quality; cameras; carbon monoxide and smoke detectors; motion detectors; and software for tracking environmental conditions."
Please let me know if we can proceed in this way or if I should file a response to the pending Office Action.
Regards,
Barry Sufrin
