Section 1051(a), as amended. The mark was first used at least as early as 04/01/1999 and first used in commerce at least as early as 04/01/1999 , and is now in use in such commerce.

Applicant has deleted "information technology consulting services" from the services description. With this deletion, the previously provided specimen shows use of the mark with the specified services.
