EXPLANATION OF FILING

Applicant filed a Statement of Use on December 15, 2017.  The Statement of Use also included a Request to Amend the Application Drawing, by amending the mark to a black and white mark, as the amendment was not a material alteration of the mark.  Applicant also submitted a new drawing of the mark showing it in black and white.

Thereafter, Applicant’s Statement of Use was accepted and the mark became registered.  The certificate of registration, however, does not show the amended mark in black and white, but instead shows the original color mark.  Applicant therefore respectfully requests that the mark be amended to disclaim color as a feature of the mark as originally requested in the December 15, 2017 Statement of Use.
