APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Diane Mason on February 27, 2015, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Amendment of Identification of Goods
The identification of goods is amended to read as follows: “computer software for digital audio and video processing; media processing software for producing and delivering video content; computer software platform for encoding, transcoding, decoding, multiplexing, scrambling, recording, playback, editing, branding, transmission, reception, switching, mixing, processing, demultiplexing, descrambling and monitoring of digital audio, video and data signals; computer software platform for receiving, compressing, processing, manipulating, scrambling, converting, managing, monitoring, packaging, distributing, streaming and transmitting video and audio signals for television, the Internet, and network devices, namely, personal computers, tablet computers, mobile phones, smart phones and personal digital assistants (PDA), mobile electronic devices, and digital audio and video players; computer software platform for ingest, editing, file transfer, archiving, storage, management, and playout of broadcast video and audio, namely, media servers, video servers, and transmission servers; computer software platform for the transport of voice, video and high-speed data in wide area networks, local area networks, cable networks, and broadband networks, namely, modulators, optical nodes, and cable modem termination systems.” See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).
