I appreciate you emailing me. I keep getting lots of people spamming me and trying to get me to answer them. Sorry it took so long! I had to call and see who was actually working my case.
So, I am willing to do whatever needs done for fixing. The guy I was working with for the description wasn’t helpful. I even said it didn’t sound good. (to be honest)
