Registrant, upon review of the details of ownership of Reg. No. 4613176, issued on September 30, 2014, noticed an inadvertent typo in Registrant's address as set forth in the original application. Registrant's address was identified in the original application as "PMB 373, 16057 Tampla Palms Blvd. W, Tampa, FL 33647." However, the correct spelling of Registrant's street name is "Tampa Palms Blvd. W". Registrant respectfully requests correction of the record for this registration so that Registrant's street name is correctly identified as "Tampa Palms Blvd. W".
