1. The abandonment of the application was unintentional and the Applicant wishes to reinstate the application. The applicant, a foreign company, was unaware of the procedure and related
issues for prosecuting the trademark application. After unsuccessfully attempting to move the application forward, the company engaged a US attorney to revive the application and submit the specimens
to move the application forward to registration. The US attorney submitted the petition to revive on November 13, 2014.
