There is a typo in the name of the registered owner.  The owner should be PROVERIFY, LLC instead of PROVERITY, LLC (i.e., there is no "T" in the name of the owner).  This requested correction was also made in the Response to Office Action submitted on 4/4/14 but was not made prior to registration of the mark on 7/29/14.
