Applicant proposes to amend the mark as follows:

The color(s) blue and white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of the stylized letters "P" and "V" with the "V" in the form of a check mark, all contained within a double-lined rounded-edge rectangle design.

Section 1051(a), as amended. The mark was first used at least as early as 03/01/2002 and first used in commerce at least as early as 03/01/2002 , and is now in use in such commerce.
