Registration 3,768,817 should be cancelled posthaste. Applicant respectfully asks the Examining Attorney to withdraw the likelihood of confusion refusal to register the pending application for GLEAM.
Applicant has thus traversed all the outstanding issues with regard to the pending application at 86/070,948, and requests that the application be passed to publication. |
