APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Marie Lavalleye on July 9, 2015, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707. Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services. 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.
Amended Identification of Services: The identification of services in International Class 41 is amended to read as follows: “providing on-line non-downloadable current event news and aggregated newsfeed stories about evidence-based medicine, comparative effectiveness research, health and productivity issues, value-based insurance design, and other related research of importance to the pharmaceutical industry; on-line non-downloadable electronic newsletters delivered by e-mail in the fields of evidence-based medicine, comparative effectiveness research, health and productivity issues, value-based insurance design, and other related research of importance to the pharmaceutical industry.” See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e). The identifications in International Classes 35 and 42 are unchanged by this amendment.
