This Office action is in response to applicant’s communication filed on June 8, 2014.
The following requirement outlined in Office Action No.1 is maintained and continued.
Identification of Services
Based on the additional information provided, it appears that the applicant is “service” is in the nature of a “method” or “process.” As noted in Office Action No. 1, the original and amended identifies services classified in other classes. For example, the applicant should note that “storage services” are classified in International Class 39, “recycling services” in International Class 37. The applicant may amend the identification of services as follows: “fracturing water treatment services” and/or “water treatment services in the fracturing industry,” in International Class 40.
